Special Operations Boat

It was a beautiful day for a Special Operations Boat tour. We checked out the Bay in this very fast boat.

A blob on an iceberg.

We quickly went to check it out.

Looks like a seal.

Getting closer.

It's a Leopard Seal.

Famous for their fierce nature, Leopard Seals are one of the primary predators in Antarctica, using their powerful jaws and long teeth to hunt fish, squid, penguins and even other seals.

We think this seal was hanging out in the sun after consuming lunch.
